1. Introduction

Welcome to DJ TYdal Wave Entertainment.

This website is operated by DJ TYdal Wave Entertainment, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("DJ TYdal Wave Entertainment," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Website Terms & Conditions ("Terms") describe the rules governing access to and use of www.djtydalwave.com, including its informational pages, inquiry forms, online content, and any merchandise shopping features available through the website.

Please review these Terms carefully. Certain website features, purchases, or transactions may require you to expressly agree to additional terms before proceeding.

These Terms do not replace any separate service agreement, event contract, purchase terms, or other agreement entered into between you and the Company.

2. About Our Services

DJ TYdal Wave Entertainment provides entertainment and event production services, which may include:

  • Professional DJ entertainment and audio services.

  • Event lighting and uplighting.

  • Photo booth experiences.

  • Karaoke entertainment.

  • Multimedia and event enhancements.

  • Special effects, including CO₂ effects, cold sparks, haze, fog, and related equipment where permitted.

  • Other event entertainment and production services.

Services are subject to availability, operational requirements, venue restrictions, and applicable laws.

Not all services or equipment are available for every event or location.

3. Website Information and Service Availability

Information displayed on our website is intended to help visitors learn about our company, explore our offerings, and request additional information.

Service descriptions, photographs, package details, promotional materials, and other website content are provided for general informational purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a confirmed written agreement:

  • Website descriptions do not guarantee the availability of a specific service, package, team member, or equipment item.

  • Examples of previous events do not guarantee identical results or configurations.

  • Services and equipment may vary based on event requirements.

  • Availability is not guaranteed until a booking has been confirmed through the applicable agreement.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but errors or outdated information may occasionally occur.

4. Event Inquiries and Quote Requests

Visitors may submit event inquiries or quote requests through forms available on our website.

When submitting an inquiry, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to avoid submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content.

Submission of an inquiry, consultation request, or quote request does not:

  • Create a confirmed event booking.

  • Guarantee availability for a requested date.

  • Reserve equipment, personnel, or services.

  • Require either party to enter into an event service agreement.

  • Establish a final price or payment obligation.

Our team may contact you using the information you provide to discuss your inquiry, request clarification, prepare a proposal, or coordinate potential services.

A booking becomes confirmed only in accordance with the requirements stated in the applicable booking agreement or written confirmation.

5. Estimates, Proposals, and Pricing

Any general prices, starting prices, package descriptions, or promotional offers displayed on our website are subject to their stated conditions.

Final event pricing may depend on factors such as event duration, venue location, travel, equipment requirements, staffing, setup complexity, and requested services.

A quote or proposal will identify the applicable services and pricing for the particular event.

Prices, taxes, fees, and payment schedules are governed by the applicable quote, invoice, purchase terms, or service agreement.

We reserve the right to correct obvious website pricing or description errors, subject to applicable law and any binding agreements already in effect.

6. Event Bookings, Contracts, and Payments

DJ TYdal Wave Entertainment uses HoneyBook and other authorized business systems to manage event inquiries, proposals, contracts, invoices, and payments.

Event clients may be directed to a separate client portal or third-party platform to review documents, complete a booking, and submit payments.

Event-specific terms are established by the applicable written agreement and related booking documents.

These may include provisions addressing deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, overtime, equipment, venue requirements, and other event responsibilities.

If these Website Terms conflict with a separately executed event service agreement, the executed service agreement will control with respect to the event services covered by that agreement, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Submitting a website inquiry alone does not constitute acceptance of an event service contract.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds for Event Services

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund arrangements for event services are governed by the applicable booking contract and any policies expressly incorporated into that contract.

Clients should review their individual agreements carefully before confirming an event.

Requests to cancel, reschedule, or modify an event should be submitted through the communication method specified in the applicable agreement or by contacting our team.

Any changes to a confirmed event are subject to the applicable contractual requirements and mutual agreement where necessary.

These Website Terms do not independently impose a cancellation fee, establish a universal refund policy, or override rights available under applicable law.

8. Venue Requirements and Special Effects

Certain entertainment and production services require appropriate venue conditions, power availability, physical space, load-in access, and other operational arrangements.

Special effects, including cold sparks, CO₂ effects, haze, fog, and similar equipment, may be subject to venue authorization, safety requirements, regulatory restrictions, or additional planning.

Availability of these services on the website does not guarantee approval or suitability for any particular location.

The responsibilities of the Company and the client for event preparation, venue access, equipment protection, safety, and special effects approval will be addressed in the applicable event agreement.

We may decline or discontinue an activity when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or to address a material safety concern, subject to contractual obligations and applicable law.

9. Merchandise and Online Purchases

Our website may offer branded apparel, accessories, and other merchandise through online store features or links to separately operated storefronts.

Product descriptions, availability, sizes, prices, and promotional offers may change.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing information, prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable purchase information before placing an order.

A submitted order may be subject to payment authorization, availability checks, and order acceptance.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Shipping, return, exchange, cancellation, and refund conditions for merchandise will be disclosed through the applicable storefront, product listing, checkout process, or separate published policy.

If a purchase is made through a separate website or third-party storefront, that transaction may also be subject to its applicable terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer's rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to shipment delays, undelivered goods, defective products, or legally required refunds.

For merchandise assistance, please contact our team using the information at the end of these Terms.
